Teachers > A Rainforest Story

The Rainforest Canopy guides readers into a tropical forest, helping us imagine the quiet, shady forest floor. As the we look for the "tremendous diversity of life that is supposed to be in the rainforest" we become aware of layers of vegetation. Most of the forest's animals and insects are high in the trees above us. How will scientists reach the tree tops to observe what lives there?
