The Hockey Stick Bird

This bird's color helps it to blend in with the rainforest. Its beak is shaped like a hockey stick to pick up food from far away. It has small feet to get a jump start to fly and a good sense of smell for smelling prey and predators a mile away. Its wings are very strong, and it can fly from one end of the rainforest to the other with no break. It's a fierce protector of its young. If predators come near the nest, it slaps them away like a slap shot with its beak.
