Expressive Drawing and Poem

Spittlebug
I start out as an egg. I clawl out into the world as a nymph. Once I hop on a leaf I almost fall off. When I go to bed my mother tucks me in with bubbles. My blanket of bubbles is like a shield to protect me. When I grow my wings , I am an adult. I meet a friend and he is called a lacewing. We fight over a clump of food. I do not make it but I lived a happy life.
